In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, leaking, tampered, or incorrect product, you may request a return or replacement as per our policy. Since edible items fall under non-returnable categories due to safety standards, returns are accepted only in cases of product damage, packaging issues, or delivery errors. Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos as proof. Please note that opened, used, mishandled, or partially consumed products are not eligible for return. Once your request is reviewed and approved by our team, we will offer the appropriate resolution, either through a replacement or by processing a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Order cancellations are only permitted before dispatch; once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
